Carrier started in 1987 in design office for missile aerodynamics and propulsion at Aerospatiale Company. Pascal Garnero then took over international programs for satellites control station in Saoudi Arabia, Tunisia and India for Aerospatiale Satellites becoming Alcatel Space.
In 2000, he got responsibility for development and operations of satellite electric and chemical propulsion product line.
Then, he took international responsibility in 2005 to transform purchasing/procurement organization of the new Joint Venture of Alcatel Alenia Space. He became Procurement VP in 2007 inside Thales Alenia Space and Thales UK Chief Purchasing Officer in 2010, expatriated in London to transform purchasing/procurement organization in centralized shared service.
He is from 2013, DAHER Group Vice President Procurement (Aeronautics, Defence, Nuclear, Energy)
