After an engineering degree completed by MBA in management and strategy, Olivier Puissant managed many projects, in organization improvement and change management in industries and services.

This course allowed him to take several functions throughout its career: Senior Consultant / Training officer (during more than 15 years), Business line manager, HSEQ & Risk Manager within an European group and Program manager in an Aircraft supplier. On all these missions, training always remained preponderant. . Currently, as representative for aircraft platform of the University of Bordeaux, he supports the development of different masters degree on global level. The Aircraft platform of the University of Bordeaux has the vocation "to make link" between available competences in Research and Training within the University and end customer’s needs in the Aircraft business.
